Each year, 100s of people used Bigfoot to raise an estimated £1000s for local groups and charities. If you're going to walk 18 miles then you may as well do it for a good cause.
We're 'charity positive' and encourage charities and entrants to use the event to raise money for their favourite cause. This year we're partnering with Virgin Money Giving to make this even easier and more effective. They're a 'not-for-profit' so much more of your money goes toward your chaiity.
Rise money for your charity or group!
Bigfoot is a ready made event, we do all the organising, logistics and advertising. We provide all the support on the day, all you have to do is concentrate on training and finishing. You can even enter as a team or split the distance with friends. Raising money with Virgin Money Giving is simple - set up your page and email your friends and ask them to sponsor you - that's it. They pledge money and it goes straight to the charity. Unlike other fundraising sites, they're not-for-profit, meaning more of your money goes to your charity.
